KYHT (Zhuhai) Biotech Co., Ltd. (“KYHT”), our China subsidiary, has received registration approval from China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for its proprietary cardiopulmonary centrifugal pump and control system. This milestone marks our entry into China’s high-end extracorporeal circulation equipment market and underscores the company’s progress from clinical innovation to demonstrated engineering and quality execution.
Technology Ownership and Innovation
KYHT’s cardiopulmonary centrifugal pump and control system integrate advanced fluid dynamics principles to achieve low hemolysis and stable, long-duration operation. NMPA registration affirms the strength of domestic innovation in China’s medical-equipment sector and provides clinicians with more accessible and effective options.
Clinical Value and Use Cases
Designed to serve as the base platform for our selective hypothermia therapy program*, the cardiopulmonary centrifugal pump and control system also function as critical systems for cardiopulmonary support procedures. They play life-saving roles in cardiac surgery, intensive care, and emergency transport.
